IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• LICENSE

Our website grants you three possible types of license to use the designs and other products (the “products”) sold through our website by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company, as follows:
a) ONE TIME USAGE LICENSE
You may be purchase a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing a design at a Non-Unique Price. It enables you to use the individual product on a single event only. You have to purchase the same design again if you to use the same design in connection with other events. The owner of the license with received a layered file.
b) BUYOUT PURCHASE LICENSE

You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in case of purchasing a design at a Buyout Purchase Price. This type of license guarantees that you receive a layered version of the design to modify and use as much you desire. There won’t be a design done to reflect the same design/concept of your design.

• IMAGERY, CLIPARTS AND FONTS (DESIGNERS LICENSE)

All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our products are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. One Time Usage License and Designers License give you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only as a part of the design you build using the design you purchased. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in design come in a single layer, as is.
Some of the designs may contain effects created with the following software packages: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. To clarify whether or not effects like these are present in certain design please address our Support Team for further consulting.
Please be informed that for editing these effects you will need proper software and skills. The alternate variant is to hire 24hrflyer to do it for you.

• MODIFICATIONS (DESIGNERS LICENSE)

You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire.

• UNAUTHORIZED USE

If you have not received the Buyout License or Designers License, you shall not place any of our products and/or elements, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium unless for promotion and advertising of event. You shall not modify or adjust any design. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

• ASSIGNABILITY

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

• OUR REFUND POLICY

Since 24hrflyer.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is completed, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at 24hrflyer.com sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

• OWNERSHIP

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers and 24hrfler.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

• ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

• THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

24hrflyer.com.com may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. 24hrflyer.com does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with 24hrflyer.com’s terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of 24hrflyer.com

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of Jamaica, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the national courts of Jamaica, with respect to any such matters relating to your access or use of this website and/or its products.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of 24hrflyer (referred to herein as “24hrflyer”) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom 24hrflyer has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. 24hrflyer reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice.The design templates provided on 24hrflyer.com employ a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, colour schemes, video and design effects. 24hrflyer reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements through your creation of a design and/or your incorporation of a logo design into one or more products. Other 24hrflyer customers may use the similar but not identical combinations of these elements and 24hrflyer does not guarantee that your designs will not have similarities to materials designed and used for other customers.
